We offer free shipping across New Zealand on all StyleLab orders for a limited time.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on your location within New Zealand.

Returns
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@stylelab.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty or arrives damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and organise either a replacement or refund once the item has been assessed.
Please note that items must be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible.
All products are also covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
